Urban Burger has two highly successful store models that can be customised to suit your location and budget.

Urban Burger “Restaurant” Model

The Restaurant model offers a complete dine in experience and requires a site with an area of around 80-120m². Food service is available from breakfast through to dinner and licensed restaurants are also permitted to sell alcoholic beverages (during approved hours) to customers over the age of 18.

The décor of an Urban Burger restaurant is modern and relaxed making it appealing to people of all ages. While the sit-down environment is very popular the service area is designed to also make it easy for customers to grab something on the go if they prefer.

Urban Burger provides a turnkey operation for all new stores. The cost of a Restaurant Model is between $300,000 to $440,000 depending on the size of the location and other variables.

Urban Burger “Express” Model

Urban Burger Express is the ideal store solution for a smaller site of around 40-60m². It still offers the complete Urban Burger Menu including breakfast but is designed more for a meal on the go. A small area of seating can also be included in the store layout or at the front of the store if the site location permits.

The Express Model turnkey operation has a cost between $200,000 to $280,000 depending on the size of the location and other variables. This model provides a greater opportunity to start a successful business without the significant capital cost normally required for operating a gourmet takeaway food franchise.
